Return, Refund & Exchange Information

Here at Mesrhi, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If this isnt the case however we offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

To initiate this, please email Contact@mesrhi.com within 10 days of your date of delivery.  

As long as your jewellery has not been used, worn, washed or damaged we will be able to arrange a refund/exchange for you. Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges on earrings.

To ensure your refund/exchange is as seamless as possible, we ask you return your order to our UK head office. We do not offer a return postage label service. 

Once we receive your order, we will undertake our inspection procedure and refund your order accordingly to your original payment method/exchange your jewellery as desired.
