Here at Mesrhi, we work hard to ensure you receive your Jewellery in the shortest possible timeframe. All orders received will be processed within 24 hours for delivery.

Delivery Options

United Kingdom Orders

All UK orders are delivered via Evri - a delivery and courier service you can trust. Depending on how quickly you need your order, we offer two delivery options:

£3.49 Evri Next Day Delivery (1-2 days)

£2.99 Evri Standard Delivery (2-3 days)

As part of your delivery you will receive:

  • Regular, real-time tracking information
  • A delivery time window on the day
  • Ability to divert to a neighbour or safe place
  • Safe place delivery photo confirmation

All Mesrhi orders are packed and posted in bubble wrap to ensure full protection during shipping.

European Union/Rest of World

All EU/ROW orders are delivered via Evri International. For any destination outside of the UK, we offer:

£12.99 Evri Standard International Delivery (3-7 days)

The estimated time of delivery for Evri international parcels is 3 to 7 working days throughout most destinations worldwide. Some remote destinations however can take a little longer.  

Your parcel will track whilst it is in transit for you to see regular delivery updates.

Return, Refund & Exchange Information

Here at Mesrhi, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If this isnt the case however we offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

To initiate this, please email Contact@mesrhi.com within 10 days of your date of delivery.  

As long as your jewellery has not been used, worn, washed or damaged we will be able to arrange a refund/exchange for you. Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges on earrings.

To ensure your refund/exchange is as seamless as possible, we ask you return your order to our UK head office. We do not offer a return postage label service. 

Once we receive your order, we will undertake our inspection procedure and refund your order accordingly to your original payment method/exchange your jewellery as desired.
